Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the underlying issues affecting clients, allowing for the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate referrals to psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses, or substance use disorder specialists as necessary to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.

• Provide evidence-based interventions and therapeutic support to address challenges such as low self-esteem, family conflict, substance addictions, and suicidal ideation.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress, utilizing data analysis to adapt treatment approaches as needed to optimize client outcomes.

• Engage with clients’ family members when appropriate to monitor progress and support ongoing treatment strategies, fostering a network of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a varied population, including individuals dealing with severe mental health issues, those in recovery from addiction, and families navigating complex dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid licenses, including Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• No history of medical malpractice claims, as verified by a third party.
