Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults dealing with varying levels of emotional and psychological concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, and stress-related issues. All clients are pre-screened for suitability, enabling you to focus on delivering high-quality, impactful care without the burden of high-acuity cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience as a mental health counselor, preferably with a focus on mood disorders.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Solid understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.

• A proven track record demonstrating successful outcomes for clients dealing with mood-related challenges.
