Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students who are working towards their clinical licensure or completing their Master's degree.

• Offer individualized psychotherapy services, tailoring approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients across various demographic backgrounds.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and community resources to provide holistic, integrated care.

• Participate actively in the formulation, execution, and refinement of personalized treatment plans, adjusting them in response to ongoing assessment of client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid state license, with designations such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

While the required experience is two years, we highly value candidates with additional experience supervising interns or students, as this will enhance our training program and support the professional development of the next generation of therapists.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range, with full-time therapists earning up to $100,000 annually, while part-time professionals receive approximately $52,000 per year. In addition to a generous compensation package, you will benefit from:
