Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify psychological disorders, using evidence-based practices and collaborative consultations.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals based on client assessments and ongoing feedback.

• Provide individual psychotherapy, utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches both in-person and via telehealth sessions.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and summary reports, all while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Measure the effectiveness of interventions regularly and adjust treatment plans to enhance outcomes.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health care to uphold the highest standards of practice and contribute to your professional development.

• Assist clients in accessing community resources and tools necessary for achieving their personal objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, including individuals facing challenges such as major depressive disorder (MDD), anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, grief, and other mental health issues. Your expertise in diverse psychotherapy modalities will enable you to effectively address their unique challenges and facilitate their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields is required.

• Current Social Work License as mandated by state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• Demonstrated experience with a variety of psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with different mental health disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial when interacting with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
