Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a mental health therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Our therapists primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who face a diverse range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• One of the following licenses: Fully licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A history free of disciplinary actions and the absence of limited or provisional licensure.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.

• Strong technical capability with digital tools relevant to telehealth.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working within a telehealth setting is an asset but is not required. However, candidates should demonstrate a history of employing effective therapy techniques and possess strong situational awareness when working remotely.
