Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, focusing on a range of mental health concerns.

• Complete and maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as defined by our clinical protocols to accurately evaluate patient needs.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to craft and implement positive behavior support plans to enhance client outcomes.

• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation procedures to uphold the quality and integrity of our services.

• Serve as a reliable liaison among clients, their families, and relevant state agencies to ensure comprehensive support.

• Establish and foster partnerships with local, state, and nonprofit organizations to enhance program visibility and funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and conferences, and representing our agency in community meetings.

• Perform additional related duties as directed by the Clinic Director, serving as a reliable member of our clinical team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on adolescents and adults who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use issues. You'll have the opportunity to implement tailored therapeutic interventions for clients with developmental disabilities and those recovering from brain injuries, emphasizing a person-centered approach that inspires recovery and promotes wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Current LMHC license issued by the state of Washington.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical records effectively and prepare comprehensive reports.

Compensation and Benefits\n
