Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Cobalt Counseling Group, you will primarily work with a diverse population, including children, adults, and families navigating a range of mental health challenges. This includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be pivotal in fostering resilience and recovery, ensuring each client feels valued, seen, and safe during their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active and unrestricted licensure in the State of Washington (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC).

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience, showcasing a robust understanding of therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
