Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students who are completing their Master's degrees and seeking clinical licensure.

• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals to create a holistic support network for clients.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population, which may include children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. In a remote setting, you will need to adapt your therapeutic techniques to effectively engage clients through telehealth platforms, offering them the support they need in their preferred environments. Our clients often seek assistance for anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues, and your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate these complexities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
