This position offers a unique remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from anywhere in Washington. You will utilize a secure telehealth platform, designed for confidentiality and ease of use, to connect with clients. Our emphasis on a supportive virtual work culture will enable you to collaborate with fellow therapists and administrative staff through digital communication tools. You will have the autonomy to manage your time effectively while adhering to a consistent schedule, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via our telehealth platform, providing a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather necessary information regarding client histories, current challenges, and treatment needs.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic techniques, adjusting strategies as clients progress.

• Document client interactions accurately in our electronic record-keeping system to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment methodologies, providing ongoing support and resources to facilitate client growth.

• Make referrals to additional mental health or community resources as necessary to broaden support for clients' well-being.

• Engage in regular consultations with colleagues to share insights and get feedback on challenging cases, fostering a collaborative therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
