Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique needs and circumstances of each child or adolescent.

• Document all therapy sessions accurately in a timely manner, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is centered on addressing a variety of mental health issues impacting children and adolescents, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. You will work closely with families to provide a supportive therapeutic framework that accounts for the intricacies of the young patient's life and circumstances, ensuring optimal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Comprehensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Skills in delivering individual and family therapy with a strong connection to the child's unique needs.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting a compassionate demeanor and child-centered approach.
