Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments for new and existing clients to evaluate their mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions and, where applicable, offer family, couples, or group therapy sessions utilizing your expertise to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Perform mental health screenings and evaluations to determine the treatment needs of clients and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with fellow therapists in multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support professional development.

• Participate in continuous training and workshops to stay informed of emerging trends and techniques in mental healthcare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve patients confronting various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and families navigating relationship issues. You will also work with individuals experiencing co-occurring disorders or substance abuse concerns. Engaging with diverse demographics, including adults and adolescents, will be a key aspect of your work.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with individuals facing mental health and behavioral health challenges.

• Experience in providing therapy for clients with a range of needs, including individual counseling, family therapy, and group sessions.

• Expertise in interventions for children, adolescents, families, and couples is highly desirable.

• A strong understanding of contemporary therapeutic techniques and principles relevant to individual and family counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
