Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work through a telehealth platform, allowing you to deliver mental health services from the comfort of your home. While our team primarily operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility will be necessary to accommodate specific patient needs. You will be equipped with cutting-edge technology and support to ensure effective remote therapy sessions, fostering meaningful connections despite the physical distance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' histories and psychological needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored towards trauma recovery and personal growth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to provide effective care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions where clients can share experiences and develop vital coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during occasions of acute trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and effective coping strategies to enhance their support systems.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to continuously enhance your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on working with clients who are navigating various trauma-related challenges. Clients may present with histories of abuse, neglect, or other traumatic experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping them achieve recovery and build resilience, ultimately fostering healthier relationships and improved life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington state.

• A strong foundational knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and trauma-related disorders.
\n
• Demonstrable skills in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions with sensitivity and empathy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred. Candidates should also be adept in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and possess the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
