Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose clients’ mental health needs, crafting detailed treatment plans tailored to each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, and economic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
