Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough crisis assessments and interventions for clients who present with acute mental health conditions.

• Employ effective crisis intervention techniques, including de-escalation strategies to manage high-tension situations.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine and enhance your crisis counseling skills and knowledge.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately and comprehensively in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

The target client population consists primarily of individuals dealing with addiction issues, trauma, and those facing immediate mental health crises. Our clients often come to us during the most vulnerable times in their lives, requiring a counselor who can build rapport and trust quickly. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through crisis situations, helping them access the resources they need to successfully navigate their recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
