Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to create a cohesive support system that addresses student needs comprehensively.

• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and local community resources to foster self-advocacy and understanding.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and providing clear treatment histories.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on serving a diverse population of students in the Spanaway area who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and the ability to implement evidence-based practices.
