Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns through initial consultations, diagnostics, and ongoing evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, helping them to stabilize their emotional state and link them with additional resources as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, session notes, and outcome measures, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and community service providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, evidence-based treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist, you will work with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your therapeutic interventions will be crucial in helping clients navigate their personal struggles, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience in the face of life’s challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Washington State.
