Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Administer intake evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs, setting clear treatment plans and achievable goals to track their progress.

• Implement evidence-based counseling techniques and therapeutic approaches to assist clients in managing various mental health conditions.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of clients' treatment plans, session notes, and progress in line with organizational protocols and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals and clinicians to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care, promoting multi-faceted treatment methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including those with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health conditions. Our clients come to us seeking support during critical times, and it is essential that our counselors are equipped with the skills and compassion needed to guide them on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Currently active LMHC licensure is mandatory to provide clinical services.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth environment.

• Experience working specifically with children or adolescents in various mental health settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflective of your skills and experience.
