This position is fully remote, with all clinical work conducted via telehealth technology. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize crisis management skills to address and support clients during high-stress situations.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments, leading to tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress through data-driven approaches and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Engage in weekly or biweekly follow-up sessions to ensure continuous support and adjustments to client care as necessary.

• Collaborate with case management teams to provide comprehensive care and external referrals when needed.
\n
• Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines while delivering care, ensuring a non-judgemental approach to treatment.

• Exercise independent judgment while maintaining flexibility in your clinical approach based on client preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population ranging from young adults to seniors, focusing primarily on those coping with mild to moderate anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and other common mental health challenges. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals who are seeking guidance and coping strategies, promoting overall mental wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory, per state regulations.

• Experience in utilizing a variety of psychotherapy modalities and a comprehensive understanding of common mental health disorders such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), ADHD, anxiety, and trauma.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Must have no history of medical malpractice claims verified by a third party and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced telehealth environment and managing a full caseload effectively.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and digital communication tools to facilitate remote therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to fit the individual needs of clients in response to their feedback and progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
