Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans addressing clients’ unique mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide individuals through their mental health challenges, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.

• Document progress and adjust treatment strategies according to client feedback and ongoing evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, helping clients improve their coping skills and managing stress effectively.

• Maintain compliance with all state regulations and ethical guidelines while keeping detailed records of client progress and therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to coordinate care and support client health, including referrals to outside services when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client base, including adults and adolescents with a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma-related issues, and more. You will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure in Washington State as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Experience working with a variety of therapeutic modalities and populations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience working in a clinical mental health setting, particularly in outpatient therapy. Experience with telehealth practices is a plus, as well as familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
