Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the unique needs, challenges, and goals of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Design individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based, incorporating therapeutic methods such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, delivering personalized support and strategies to foster recovery.

• Lead group therapy sessions that promote community support among participants, focusing on shared experiences and recovery strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and addiction medicine specialists to ensure a cohesive care plan tailored to each patient’s journey.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during high-stress situations related to substance use, ensuring patient safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients and their families about addiction, effective recovery techniques, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation while adhering to legal guidelines, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment efficacy and promote professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse array of clients seeking recovery from substance use disorders, including those struggling with alcohol, opioids, and behavioral addictions. Our holistic approach addresses each patient's psychological, emotional, and social needs, ensuring they receive comprehensive support. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Psychologist in California.

• Deep knowledge of substance use disorders and recovery-oriented practices, along with experience utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven track record in delivering both individual and group therapy, particularly in addiction treatment settings.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the ability to utilize relevant software efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
