Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals suffering from various mental health disorders, many of whom also cope with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, or substance use disorders. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of how these intersecting health issues affect patients' mental health and is committed to providing holistic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Strong foundation in treatment methodologies addressing mental health needs for clients facing complex, co-occurring conditions.

• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of patients.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Competency in using electronic health record systems as well as other computer applications related to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
