Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students, guiding them through the clinical licensure process and fostering their development.

• Conduct comprehensive psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based practices to tailor treatments to patient needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure holistic treatment for clients.

• Participate in the formulation and execution of treatment plans, providing ongoing assessment and adjustments as needed based on client progress.

• Maintain meticulous and current documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research, best practices, and advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, complemented by a generous signing bonus of $3,000.
