Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that facilitate their progress.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies to address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver holistic and integrated care to clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending training and workshops to enhance clinical skills and contribute innovative ideas to improve program efficacy.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, maintaining detailed and accurate electronic health records (EHR).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds, which requires a culturally competent approach that respects each client's unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license/certification as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of professional experience working with clients experiencing emotional challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document clinical notes and treatment plans is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
