Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one supportive therapy sessions via telehealth platforms for individuals suffering from various mental health conditions.

• Develop and maintain clear, concise, and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with department standards.

• Utilize DSM-5 guidelines to accurately diagnose and create personalized treatment plans aimed at improving client mental health and overall well-being.

• Monitor and report any notable changes in client behavior during sessions to ensure proper clinical response and adjustment of treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will service include a diverse array of individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses. You will work closely with adults, children, and families requiring diverse therapeutic interventions, ranging from crisis management to ongoing therapy for chronic mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience working in a clinical setting focused on mental health counseling.

• Proven competence in providing therapy to diverse populations, including experience with marital and family therapy.

• Familiarity with treatment planning and diagnostics utilizing the DSM-5 framework.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathy and patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
