Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass the unique challenges and strengths of each client.

• Actively participate in weekly case consultations with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment strategies and ensure quality care.

• Engage clients in therapeutic practices that promote coping skills, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics improvement.

• Document client progress meticulously in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals dealing with substance abuse disorders alongside co-existing mental health issues. Your focus will include a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds and demographics, ensuring culturally competent practices are utilized in each case. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A current, valid license in good standing from the Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent credential.

• Eligibility to fulfill all pre-employment conditions, including tuberculosis screening, background checks, drug testing, and reference verification.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Flexibility and a commitment to adopting innovative therapeutic methods to meet client needs effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic support, particularly within addiction recovery or co-occurring mental health environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
