Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and crisis interventions to support patients experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties, utilizing evidence-based techniques.

• Document patient progress meticulously, including clinical notes and treatment plans, adhering to organizational policies and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with medical professionals and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care, developing comprehensive treatment strategies and discharge plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Engage actively with community resource leaders to advocate for patient needs, participating in meetings and committees focused on addressing the social determinants of health.

• Promote psychoeducation and recovery-oriented principles within therapeutic interventions, enhancing patient engagement and commitment to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from adolescents to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds and demographics, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and fostering a safe, supportive environment conducive to healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in behavioral health or clinical therapy.
