Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to coordinate patient care and facilitate referrals when necessary.

• Participate in team meetings and trainings to stay abreast of best practices, clinical developments, and strategies for managing co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or another related field.

• A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting working with diverse populations.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues effectively.

• Ability to work independently while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
