Work Environment\n

The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individuals' unique needs and establish personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and wellness.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver individualized sessions to clients.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational workshops that address common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and engagement among participants.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care and holistic treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, employing rapid assessment skills to stabilize situations.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources, empowering them to take charge of their wellness journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records following all legal, ethical, and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to enhance your skills and stay abreast of emerging trends in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A strong foundation in mental health theories, treatment modalities, and the ability to implement evidence-based practices in therapeutic sessions.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and formulating evidence-based treatment plans.

• Proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy to a diverse population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
