As a remote organization leveraging modern telehealth technologies, we ensure that our therapists can effectively connect with clients using secure online platforms. Our flexible work schedule, primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allows for some variation based on patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique backgrounds and needs of patients, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies to effectively address patient concerns.

• Facilitate dynamic psychoeducational and support groups designed to foster community and discussion regarding mental health topics.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years' experience as a practicing mental health therapist is required, experience in telehealth therapy services and familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches are highly desirable. Additionally, having a background in specialty treatment areas such as addiction recovery, family dynamics, or chronic mental health disorders would enhance your contribution to our practice.
