Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Fire Wellness Center, your core responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with colleagues to create and execute interdisciplinary care plans, facilitating effective communication during patient rounds and documentation practices.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Providing case management services, ensuring referrals to community resources and collaboration with other health professionals as necessary.

• Completing timely and ethical documentation to satisfy department standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will engage a diverse group of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique challenges that may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold one of the following licenses: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, issued by the State of Texas. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with at least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials.
