Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings, employing standardized tools and personalized interviews to evaluate clients' mental health concerns.

• Formulate comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific needs, preferences, and recovery goals, regularly updating plans as necessary.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring united efforts in providing integrated and holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure in Texas as a:\n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
  \n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
