Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients’ mental health status and specific needs, utilizing structured tools and methodologies for accuracy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and providing empathetic care.

• Demonstrated compassion and a non-judgmental attitude when interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle a full caseload and administrative duties.

• No history of disciplinary actions on professional credentials to ensure compliance and ethical practice.

Preferred Experience\n
