Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and mentor a team of mental health professionals, ensuring that clients receive cohesive and integrated support across different services.

• Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to a multidisciplinary staff, fostering professional development and ensuring compliance with LMFT/LCSW/LPC guidelines.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance referral networks and community connections, reinforcing our commitment to accessibility and quality of mental health services.

• Engage in client assessments and treatment planning, utilizing evidence-based practices to design interventions that prioritize patient well-being.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, implementing therapeutic techniques to address diverse mental health issues and promoting client engagement.

• Conduct crisis management interventions as needed, employing your expertise to stabilize acute situations and provide supportive resources.

• Explore and address issues related to addiction, homelessness, trauma, PTS, and other co-occurring disorders, developing comprehensive care plans tailored to each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will encompass a broad spectrum of clients who present a variety of psychological challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and addiction. You will be instrumental in fostering a safe and understanding environment that respects the diverse backgrounds and personal experiences of each client while delivering personalized care strategies that facilitate healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and up-to-date clinical licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health services, particularly with a focus on crisis management.

• Thorough understanding of addiction and its interplay with mental health, demonstrating skills in addressing co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
