Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches tailored to their specific needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and maintain ongoing counseling for children and families, ensuring all clients meet medical necessity and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.

• Design and facilitate psycho-educational groups that focus on parenting and provide additional classes aimed at skill development and emotional support.

• Complete all necessary client documentation, including case materials, charts, reports, and statistical data, ensuring timely submission to meet organizational and contractual obligations.

• Track and document client progress, billing a predetermined number of reimbursable hours to fulfill program requirements and ensure financial viability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic specializes in serving children and community clients who face various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues. The Counselor will develop therapeutic relationships and create personalized treatment plans to support each client’s unique journey towards improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid licensure in the state as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail in documentation and client care.

• A self-motivated professional capable of independently managing workloads and prioritizing tasks associated with billing and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of practical experience in providing mental health services, preferably in a telehealth setting. Familiarity with the latest therapeutic modalities and teletherapy platforms will be advantageous, enhancing service delivery to our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, reflecting experience and educational background.
