Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video chat, ensuring a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a current and valid state license to practice independently in one of the following areas: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A clean license without any disciplinary actions is mandatory.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a compassionate approach to therapy.

• Proficiency in using digital technologies, as well as a readiness to adopt new therapeutic tools.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Mastery Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and working hours. Additional benefits include:
