Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate, ethical individual mental health counseling sessions to clients via video chat.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting with diverse mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. Your role will entail guiding clients toward developing resilience, enhancing coping strategies, and improving their overall quality of life. By focusing on foundational skills, you will empower clients to communicate their feelings and needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice independently without supervision, such as:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.

• Proficient computer skills and comfortability with teletherapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in telehealth environments is advantageous, though not mandatory. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will enhance your ability to meet diverse client needs.
