Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Hope Being Counseling Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Facilitating evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to various age groups, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Creating personalized treatment plans that set measurable objectives and therapeutic interventions, ensuring alignment with clients’ unique needs and preferences.

• Providing crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, employing effective strategies to stabilize their condition.

• Educating clients about mental health disorders, promoting coping mechanisms, and connecting them with community resources for additional support.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential client records—which include assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements—in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice while ensuring clients' confidentiality and informed consent.

• Exhibiting cultural sensitivity and competence in working with a diverse client population, adapting techniques and approaches to meet varied cultural needs.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package includes a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
