Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of new clients, evaluating their histories and determining the most effective treatment options in collaboration with them and other mental health professionals.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, engaging clients with empathy and support to address their unique challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that take into account the diverse needs and circumstances of patients.

• Document patient progress regularly in our approved telehealth platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with clinical guidelines.

• Participate in the development and facilitation of program activities in consultation with the Clinical Director and other team members to enhance the overall therapeutic experience.

• Collaborate within interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure cohesive care strategies and share best practices.

• Evaluate and document the effectiveness of therapy and interventions, using client feedback to improve therapeutic processes.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed of latest practices in mental health counseling and contribute actively to the team.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inspire Counseling Center LLC, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, families, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Your role will emphasize a commitment to understand and support individuals with developmental differences, providing therapeutic services that are sensitive to their cultural and contextual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field.

• Active licensure in the state of Washington as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with children and families, preferably within mental health contexts.

• Strong knowledge of empirically supported psychotherapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and other evidence-based methods.

• A proven commitment to providing exceptional client care, and utilizing client feedback for continuous improvement.

• Ability to collaborate professionally with diverse disciplines, showcasing an eagerness to learn from colleagues and local communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and contributions, Inspire Counseling Center LLC offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience. This W2 position comes with full benefits that include:
