Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the individual needs, concerns, and goals of your clients.

• Engage in regular communication with healthcare providers, effectively reporting on client progress and collaboratively refining treatment strategies as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in accordance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in managing their mental health conditions, improving coping strategies, and achieving personal growth.

• Develop and participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of mental health issues and promote accessible, stigma-free care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. You will work with a diverse demographic, enabling you to employ a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches tailored to each client’s unique background and situation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent is mandatory.

• Minimum of three years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient setting, with a proven track record of effective client care.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, as well as strong skills with MS Office applications.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
