Regular supervision and support will be provided by our Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring you remain professionally fulfilled and well-informed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments using automatically administered symptom self-assessments to identify appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize evidenced-based practices to develop and adjust treatment strategies, integrating various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and behavior modification techniques.

• Build and maintain comprehensive treatment documentation in our digital portal, ensuring timely updates that reflect client progress.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to offer a well-rounded treatment experience and engage with fellow therapists for peer support and consultation.
\n
• Formulate mental health diagnoses based on DSM V criteria and create effective, evidence-based treatment plans for clients.
\n
• Provide weekly live video therapy sessions, delivering compassionate care and therapeutic support to adults experiencing a wide range of emotional challenges.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults within the community who are facing emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in providing a supportive and understanding environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and progressing towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An active independent mental health license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required, with additional licenses across multiple states being a significant advantage.
