Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial consultations and ongoing assessments to determine clients’ mental health status and treatment needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will be adept at building rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds, utilizing culturally responsive approaches to ensure effective communication and understanding. Your ability to tailor your therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client will assure positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention, with the ability to maintain calm and provide support in stressful situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
