This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality mental health services to clients in Tennessee through our secure telehealth platform. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will provide therapy services tailored to individual client needs while enjoying a flexible work environment.

Work Environment\n

This position is completely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while interacting with a dynamic array of clients via our telehealth platform. Our supportive administrative team manages scheduling, billing, and other operational tasks, allowing you to concentrate on providing exceptional clinical care. Daily working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM CST, offering a stable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to pre-screened, low-acuity clients, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches suited to their needs.

• Design, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client situations.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessments while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

• Collaborate with our support team to handle administrative responsibilities including client scheduling and billing queries.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance your therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working primarily with adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, from mild anxiety and depression to adjustment disorders. Clients are pre-screened to ensure compatibility with therapy options available through our services, creating a supportive environment for meaningful therapeutic interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating your capacity to conduct therapy independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
