Key Responsibilities\n

• Create personalized treatment plans, incorporating SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) that align with each client's individual therapy journey.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies in emergency situations, providing immediate support and appropriate referrals if necessary.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, helping them develop effective coping strategies and connect with community resources for additional support.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans, session notes, and progress evaluations, all while ensuring confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and licensing regulations governing mental health practice in Massachusetts, fostering a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.
