Work Environment\n

As a Teletherapy Specialist, you will work in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in your schedule. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing you with evenings and weekends off to recharge.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including severity, frequency, and impact on daily life.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that resonate with their unique experiences and aspirations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote positive behavioral changes.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices that enhance well-being.

• Monitor treatment progress over time, adjusting therapeutic strategies based on client feedback and observed outcomes.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
