Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations to identify clients' mental health conditions, utilizing standardized assessment tools and client interviews to gather pertinent information.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet unique client needs. Examples include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment goals as necessary to foster positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients preferring virtual appointments or who face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring they receive continuous support.

• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements by documenting client interactions accurately and timely within our electronic health record system.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, engaging in regular supervision and education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about best practices.

Qualifications\n
