Key Responsibilities\n

The mental health therapist will be responsible for a range of essential functions, including:

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full, independent practice license, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional license status and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating sensitivity and compassion in all client interactions.

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with telehealth platforms.
