Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of individual clients to understand their mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Engage in regular virtual therapy sessions to provide targeted interventions, equipping clients with coping skills and resources to manage their mental health concerns.

• Monitor clients' progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary while providing ongoing encouragement and support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including referral services when needed.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes within our EHR system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, and more. With a focus on culturally responsive care, you will tailor your approach to respect the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, thereby fostering a trusting and effective therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of related experience in mental health counseling and support.
\n
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, alongside a commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.

• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, employing culturally sensitive interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits include:
