Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gather detailed clinical history and identify client needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s specific circumstances, strengths, and goals.

• Provide individual therapy tailored to various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, fostering personal growth.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure they are achieving therapeutic goals.

• Utilize teletherapy tools effectively to conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions, ensuring robust client interaction and minimizing technical interruptions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines to uphold client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, while holding a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, influenced by your experience and caseload.
