Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions using tailored modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices, to facilitate personal growth and recovery.

• Regularly establish and review therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring progress is being monitored and adapted as needed throughout the treatment process.

• Utilize teletherapy technology to provide virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing mobility or logistical challenges.

• Maintain precise documentation of all client interactions and sessions to uphold ethical standards and support continual evaluation of therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to remain updated on best practices within the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes adults navigating a variety of mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, you will benefit from a comprehensive package that includes:
