This role is primarily remote, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients. You will have the opportunity to work within a supportive network of multidisciplinary professionals, including case managers, psychiatrists, and therapists. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools and interviewing techniques to accurately identify mental health needs, and developing tailored treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing diverse methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities that suit client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a network of professionals to coordinate care, ensuring comprehensive support that addresses client goals and wellbeing.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and therapeutic support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, demonstrating your skills in managing emergencies with empathy and clarity.

• Participate actively in community outreach programs and educational initiatives to enhance mental health literacy and combat stigma around mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of individuals from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our center provides services to a variety of demographics, allowing you to enhance your clinical skills and cultural competence through direct engagement with a wide range of clinical presentations.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A relevant master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology .
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, with a strong understanding of the nuances of mental health within diverse populations.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for precise documentation practices in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a telehealth environment is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
